The following terms apply to all shipments made within the Mexican Republic. This policy may change without prior notice. Corporativo Tequilife SA de CV may make returns as long as each and every one of the conditions established in this policy are met.
Order cancellation:
The customer has the right to cancel their order during the next 24 hours after making their purchase at www.tequilife.com.mx, the customer must call 333-952-4681 or send an email to contacto@tequilife. com.mx, indicating that you wish to cancel your order and provide the bank details where you wish to have your money returned. The refund will be made within 7 business days after canceling the order via bank transfer to the account number you provided to us at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation of processed orders:
In the event that the order has already been processed and shipped, the customer must reject the delivery at the time the courier company delivers it, in this case the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If you reject it at the time of delivery, the customer must make the return via parcel delivery and the cost will be borne by the customer.
Wrong or defective product (return for physical exchange)
If you have received an incorrect or defective product, contact us by phone at 333-952-4681 or by email contacto@tequilife.com.mx indicating the order number, product details and the reason for the exchange or return. Consider that you have 7 business days from receipt of the order to proceed with its replacement.
Once the returned product has been received, it will be evaluated and it will be defined based on its conditions whether the return is appropriate or not, if not, you will be informed to the phone number or email that you have provided us, if applicable and If you want your money back, the company staff will contact you and ask for your bank details to proceed with the refund of your money. This process may take up to 7 business days after you have sent us your bank details for the transfer. In this case the shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.

When will my order be processed?
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends.Any orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day.
We cannot specify delivery times and/or days as we deliver through courier companies who maintain their own schedules.
Shipping confirmation
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your item has been shipped, allowing you to track the status of your shipment.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days of purchase, please contact us by email to support you. You have up to 5 business days from your purchase to notify us of any of the following; you did not receive your order; was returned or delivered to another person, or address other than that of the owner of the purchase. Otherwise your order will be marked as delivered and a refund or resend will not be possible, you will have to place the order again.Please inspect all items before signing for your package, if there is any damage you should inform the courier driver and note it when signing as this is the responsibility of the courier company.
